At the entrance to the historic centre in Arezzo, the B&B 52cento provides its guests with all the services necessary for a pleasant stay.
Services included in your stay:
- Bed and Bathroom linen (for long stays there is a weekly change)
- Internet Wi-Fi available in all areas. When you arrive you will be given an access password
- HD TV in all rooms
- Heating and air conditioning
- Information material and tourist maps of Arezzo and the province
- Terrace looking over the city
- Breakfast on request, continental or italian
- Daily cleaning room on request
On request, for a fee:
- Third and fourth bed, to be requested at the time of booking
- Extra packages (Romantic Night, Aperitif in the room, Happy Birthday and Bottle of wine)

Prices
Prices are per night and include VAT, include: wi-fi internet access, panoramic terrace access, linen, courtesy set. Tourist tax excluded (€ 1.50 per person per night, excluding children under the age of 12 and residents in the municipality of Arezzo)
Arrive and departure
Check In: from 1.00 pm by self check-in mode. Check Out: until 10.30 am.
Arrivals with self check-in, we’ll send you the indications to enter.
Reservation
To book your stay you need to provide a credit card as a guarantee or deposit with a 50% bank transfer. The balance is paid upon arrival upon delivery of the room.
We accept cash, wire transfers, debit cards and major credit cards
Cancellation
No penalty for cancellations reported at least 3 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation outside of the established terms, 100% of the entire stay will be retained.
Not refoundable rate: payment of total whit confirm of the reservation and is not refoundable.
